Clean Ditches & Armor/ Highway Superintendent

The Town of Woodhull is looking for bids to Clean Ditches& Armor Ditches on tow roads i the Town of Woodhull.

The following mandates shall be followed to Provide price:

The cost estimate shall be priced pre linier foot along the side of the town road

The footages shall be up to 17940 feet clean ditches

The footages shall be up to 4612 feet of Armor ditch

The footage will be split up between 11 roads

The footage will not be the whole road but be limited to the areas marked by the town

The depths of clean shall be between 6 inches and 2 feet depending on the area

The width shall be approximately 3 foot wide

Mason road

Taft road

Morehouse road

Olin road

Smith hill road

Owlville road

Lunger road

Durkin hill road

Hurd Hill road

Roger road

Symonds hill road

All ditches shall be inspected and signed off by the Town Highway Superintendent

The spoils shall be disposed to the town of Woodhull Storage lot by the contractor

Transportation of spoils to the town own lots shall be included in the price per foot

All machinery/operators shall be supplies in this bid.

No tracked excavators.

A ditching buckets shall be used to excavate the spoils

This price shall meet NYS guidelines for labor and insurances

Payroll shall be certified and submitted to the Town Highway Superintendent

Invoicing shall be completed per month end and submitted by the first of each month

The invoices should be itemized per road and footages

Invoice shall be paid 1 week after the board meeting ( Board Meeting second Wednesday of each month)

All questions shall be shared with all bidders

The bids shall be submitted by March 12, 2025 3:00 PM
