Description: Receiving bids for two separate contracts: The General Construction Contract includes construction, demolition, renovation and hazardous material removal. Work includes waterproofing and repairs at the Munson Museum service stairs and granite base; and Fountain Elms windows and plaza deck. The Roofing Contract includes construction, demolition, and renovation. The Work includes re-roofing, waterproofing, and roof drain piping at the Munson Museum.
