Description

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Office of Acquisition (FA) intends to award a sole source firm fixed purchase order to Callyo 2009 Corp, 402 N. Division St, Carson City, NV 89703, for a one-year renewal of its Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) subscription. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.102(a)(6), the Limited Source Documentation is attached with this notice. The acquisition will be conducted through FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

CLIN: 0002: Description: Additional Users (Plus): QTY: 110; UM: Month



As this is not a request for competitive quotes, the Government encourages all interested parties who believe they can provide the software to contact Teresa Roshau-Delgado via email at teresa.a.roshaudelgado@dea.gov by Friday, September 12, 2025 by 10:00AM, EDT and reference number D-26-AT-0001 and submit a written response describing their ability to provide the product.



Basis of Award: Award will be based on lowest price/technically acceptable. Award is ALL or

NONE/BRAND NAME ONLY.



A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract acquisition based upon responses to the notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.



This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in response. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted.
