Development Services for Manifold Publishing Platform

The CUNY Graduate Center seeks development services for the Manifold publishing platform. Features to be developed include those intended for the publication of open educational resources, for teaching with Manifold, and for publishing journals and archival materials on the platform. Interested vendors should have experience developing open source software for higher educational institutions and direct experience developing features for the Manifold platform.

Any procurement resulting from this advertisement shall be subject to New York State Appendix A, CUNY Purchase Order Terms and Conditions, and/or a standard CUNY Agreement.

The Procurement Lobbying Act (PLA) Applies to this Solicitation.

Compliance Procurement Lobbying Act

Required Forms: Vendor shall complete, sign and submit the following
forms if they are selected:
1. “Offerer’s Affirmation of Understanding of and Agreement pursuant to State Finance Law §139-j(3) and §139-j(6)(b)”
2. “Offerer’s Disclosure of Prior Non-Responsibility Determinations and Certification of Compliance with State Finance Law §139-j and§139-k”.

Under the requirements to the PLA, all communications regarding advertised projects are to be channeled through the Designated Contact.

Communication with respect to this procurement initiated by or on behalf of an interested vendor through others than the Designated Contact may constitute an “impermissible contact” under NYS law and could result in disqualification of that vendor.
