10.14.25 - OMH issues IFB 25-075

The NYS Office of Mental Health and the New York State Psychiatric institute are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Water Treatment and Maintenance at 1051 Riverside Drive, New York, NY 10032.

The required specifications are listed in Appendix D of the Contract Boilerplate. (BP) Interested Vendors should review the Contract Boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Bids must be submitted using the attached excel sheet (NYSPI - Water Treatment - Bid Quote Sheet).

There is a Mandatory Site Visit at 10:00 AM ET on Monday, October 20th, 2025 at 1051 Riverside Drive, New York, NY 10032.

Questions regarding this solicitation are due per the instructions in the IFB by 3:00 PM ET Thursday, October 23rd, 2025.

Questions will be accumulated by OMH, and responses will be sent to potential
bidders on Tuesday, October 28th, 2025. The Q&A will also be posted to the contract reporter.

Bids are due no later than 3:00 PM ET, Monday, November 17th, 2025. No late bids will be
accepted.
