Service Maintenance of Clinical Testing Equipment

SUNY intends to make an award under our discretionary authority pursuant to NYS Education Law Section 355(5)(a), which is up to $125,000, for the above-noted commodity/product or service. A sealed bid will not be held. This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law Sections 139 j&k, AKA the Lobbying Law. Therefore, vendors are cautioned that the only permissible contact for this procurement is the individual listed below. Contacting any other individuals at Upstate in connection with this advertisement may constitute a violation of New York State Finance Law. Failure to comply with this requirement can range from no contract award to debarment from sales to any NYS agency.

Vendors responding to this advertisement shall be required to complete and submit applicable documents related to Vendor Responsibility, NYS Finance Law Sections 139 j&k, and New York State’s Tax Law Section 5-a. Vendors responding to this advertisement must submit valid and current NYS “Workers’ Compensation and Disability Forms”.

Requirements:

• Must be able to perform annual service and maintenance on EZ1 Advanced DNA , RNA extraction and RGQ MDx Thermal equipment.
• Must be able to perform the service without voiding the vendor warranties.
• Must have response time of less than 48 hours or 2 business days.
• Must perform inspection/service on-site.
• Agreement must include full coverage for all repairs and labor and travel.
• Must include transportation cost coverage.
