|
The City of Dublin invites qualifications from firms with expertise in public art consultation, conservation, and maintenance. Firms with expertise will assist City staff with consultation, conservation, and maintenance of the City of Dublin’s permanent public art collection.
Dublin intends to select a firm, or firms, to serve as on-call conservator(s) for a two-year period, July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2027. Work will include scheduled maintenance, but it may also include consultations and emergency repairs.
Selected firms will work on a task order basis. City staff request a quote prior to service and provide an approved task order prior to work being scheduled. Vendors bill the City monthly for any services provided.
Contracts are expected to have a not-to-exceed price of $45,000 over a two-year period.
