Tourism Saskatchewan Office Furniture

The purpose of this Request process is to enter into an agreement with a local furniture dealer to provide office, and lounge furniture to meet the needs of the Tourism Saskatchewan office located in Regina. The vendor selected for the project will work with Tourism Saskatchewan on the final selection of products to support the facility suggesting innovative products and solutions beyond the base bid scope to align with the needs of the space.

The vendor will supply, install and project manage the furniture scope liaising with the Contractor and Architect to coordinate layout and integration into the building systems (power/ data). After the installation is complete, the vendor will support Tourism Saskatchewan with set up, ergonomic configuration and additional accessories as required.

The outcome of this Request process is to Select a Vendor(s) for Award and project Implementation. The Client reserves the right to award to one or more Vendors, at their sole discretion or to reject all vendors.
