All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and plainly labeled on the outermost package “RFP-2023-0403ACADEMYSTREETFLAGPLAZA.”TheinsideandoutsidepackageshallincludetheContractor’sLicenseNumber.
The public opening and reading aloud of the bids will be at 1400 hrs, on April 3, 2025 in the Executive Conference Room, located at the County Administration Building located at 353 N. Generals Blvd., in Lincolnton NC 28092.

Printed sets of bid documents may be ordered through Landworks Design Group, PA. The cost of printed Bidding Documents will depend on the number and size of the Drawings and Project Manual, applicable taxes, and shipping method selected by the prospective Bidder. Cost of Bidding Documents and shipping is non-refundable. Partial sets of the Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office.

All questions are due by 1700 hrs on Wednesday, March 26, 2025 to the persons above. An addendum will be issued on or before Friday, March 28, 2025. Proposers are not to contact any County employee other than the one listed above.
Lincoln County reserves the right to reject all bids, to waive informalities and technicalities, and to cancel the Bid Process at any time.
Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the work as described in the Instructions to Bidders.
