Infrastructure Health Monitoring Database Acquisition
Synopsis:

WSA is seeking to procure and implement a data management platform for the collection, processing, storage, visualization and management of geotechnical, structural and other infrastructure health monitoring data for dams and other water management infrastructure. The platform will be required to integrate diverse datasets, provide role-based access, offer advanced visualization and reporting tools, support trend and correlation analysis and be scalable to accommodate future instrumentation and infrastructure growth. The successful vendor should provide training, ongoing support, assistance with data migration and system configuration as well as demonstrate experience supporting similar infrastructure owners.
The selected platform will be procured under an initial multi-year agreement. All platforms will be subject to revaluation at a minimum of every seven years to ensure continued alignment with WSA’s operational needs and technology standards.
