DESCRIPTION: This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 7, intends on soliciting for quotes for requirement is for a one-time professional service for the development of equipment-specific Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and delivery of LOTO training on behalf of the VA Atlanta Healthcare System. Â Â
The solicitation will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 Procedures.
Request for Quote# 36C24726Q0199 for this effort which will be set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, and will be posted to sam.gov (https://sam.gov/) on or about February 19, 2026. This solicitation will contain all necessary information to quote the requirement.
The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541690 - Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services; with a Small Business Administration size standard of $19 Million.
