Design Iditarod Elementary School Cladding Repair

Project Description: The Matanuska-Susitna Borough (MSB) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide professional Architecture/Engineering (A/E) services for the cladding repair at Iditarod Elementary School. The existing exterior tile siding is failing due to moisture infiltration and freeze-thaw cycles, which have caused deterioration of the tile backer, internal separation, and loss of adhesion. The project involves removing the damaged siding and replacing it with a more suitable alternative material. See scope for detail.
