SOQ #27-198-CP; Ballenger McKinney WWTP Phase I Solid Upgrades

Frederick County, Maryland invites statement of qualifications from qualified vendors for Ballenger McKinney WWTP Phase I Solids Upgrades. Please refer to SOQ #27-198-CP when inquiring about this solicitation.

Frederick County, Maryland has determined that contractors who submit bids on this project must be prequalified.
Contractors interested in bidding this project are required to complete a Prequalification Questionnaire.
The County will evaluate the questionnaires submitted by each Contractor for the purpose of determining, in a timely manner, bidders who are deemed qualified for successful performance of the type of work included in this project.

Deadline for Submission of Prequalification Applications: Prequalification applications must be received no later than:
November 2, 2026, at 4:00 PM

Interested Contractors are encouraged to submit their prequalification applications as early

Response Submission Deadline: November 2, 2026, before 4:00 PM. Interested Contractors must submit a Contractor Prequalification Application via OpenGov and receive approval to submit a bid.   Prequalification application must be received before the Due date.
