Synopsis:
|
|
The City of Saskatoon is seeking to engage a General Contractor to complete renovations on Albert Community Centre, located at 610 Clarence Drive.
The General Contracting services include, but are not limited to:
-
Demolition
-
Hazardous materials abatement
-
Structural reinforcing and repair
-
Renovation of the facility including:
-
roof replacement.
-
window replacement.
-
heating system and ventilation upgrades.
-
sprinkler system upgrades.
-
fire alarm and life safety upgrades.
-
electrical connections for mechanical equipment.
-
lighting upgrades.
-
security and controls upgrades.
-
washroom upgrades.
-
all related commissioning and equipment start-up.
