Our Agency invites you to bid on the enclosed Invitation for Touch2Play Consoles, Carts, and/or Arms for the Department of Military & Veterans Affairs (DMVA) Veterans’ Homes.

This Invitation for Bid is comprised of the following documents:

2.        Worker Protection
3.        Contractor Information Sheet
4.        Reciprocal Limitations
5.        Touch2Play SOW
6.        Terms and Conditions

Please ensure that you have read the documents listed above. The following documents need to be submitted electronically:

5.        Change Flyers (if applicable)

Failure to complete and return these items may result in the rejection of your bid. All bids must be submitted electronically via the PA Supplier Portal no later than 10:00 AM on January 27, 2025. If a bid is not received by the bid opening date and time, the Department will not consider the bid for award.

Vendor is required to answer all attribute questions on IFB. Bids that are submitted without completed attributes will be considered non-responsive and will be rejected.

The Department reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technical defects or any informality in bids, and to accept or reject any part of any bid if the best interests of the Commonwealth are thereby served.
