Per Code of Alabama Section 41-16-75
To: All Interested Contractors
The City of Montgomery seeks to purchase an amusement ride from Chance Rides, LLC consisting of an approximately 1/3rd scale replica C. P. Huntington train body that fits on 24-gauge track and is powered by AC motors with 102VDC lithium batteries.
Contractors who believe they can supply this item must provide convincing technical data sufficient to support their position. The City of Montgomery Procurement Department must receive replies to this notice no later than the posted due date. Responses to this notice will be used to determine whether bona fide competition exists. Responses and/or questions must be submitted via OpenGov by the deadline listed above.
