Army Contracting Command Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby issues this Request for Quote (RFQ) for ten (10) in-vehicle mobile cellular services with unlimited data in support of Crane Army Ammunition Activity (CAAA).
This RFQ is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 8.4, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
The solicitation number for this requirement is W519TC26QWIFI and the NAICS code is 517112 – Wireless Telecommunications Carriers (except Satellite). The Product Service Code is DG11 – Telecom – Network: Satellite Communication and Telecom Access Services. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the time of response to this RFQ. The website for SAM is https://www.sam.gov/.

INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS COMMERCIAL
Description: CAAA has a continuing need for reliable, in-vehicle cellular services with unlimited data. The contractor will provide all necessary equipment (including installation) to deliver these services to 300 Hwy 361 Crane, IN for distribution to approximately 10 Ford Vehicles. The anticipated duration is one base year with the option to exercise four option years. Please see list of attachments for further details.
TYPE OF ACQUISITON AND CONTRACT
Award will be made to the lowest price determined fair, reasonable, and technically acceptable resulting in a single award Firm Fixed price Contract.
PROPOSAL SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

BASIS FOR AWARD
The Government intends to make an award after determination that the price is reasonable, and the offeror is responsible. Price Analysis shall be used to determine price reasonableness; additional methods of Price Analysis may be used as determined by the Contracting Officer. These methods of evaluation may include information/input from sources such as (but not limited to) other Governmental agencies and personnel. The Government reserves the right to require the submission of any data (i.e. Data other Than Certified Cost or Pricing Data necessary to validate the reasonableness of an offer).
