The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is conducting market research to identify qualified sources capable of providing support services for an existing portfolio of SharePoint-based business applications, dashboards, workflow solutions, reporting tools, and associated data management systems.
This RFI does NOT constitute a Request for Quote/Proposal and is not to be construed as a commitment, implied or otherwise, by the Government that a procurement action will be issued. Response to this notice is not a request to be added to a bidders list or to receive a copy of the solicitation. No entitlement of payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of the submission of the requested information. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement and any followup information requests. Responses to this RFI may be considered in the future determination of an appropriate acquisition strategy for the program. The Government may not response to any specific questions or comments submitted in response to this RFI or information provided as a result of this request. Any information submitted by respondents as a result of this notice is strictly voluntary.
The Government is seeking information regarding technical approaches, staffing models, modernization strategies, acquisition approaches, and business capabilities to support the operation, maintenance, enhancement, integration, and modernization of these environments. Information obtained through this RFI will be used solely for market research and acquisition planning purposes. Specifically, NIH intends to use responses to:
-Assess industry capabilities and capacity
- Determine the availability of qualified small business concerns
- Refine and validate the Government requirements
