Laerdal SimMan 3G Maintenance Services, Extended Warranty, and Loaner Services

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT/REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY to identify sources that can provide the required services as stated in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The information provided in this request for information (RFI) is subject to change and not binding on the Government.

The 60th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron (60 AES) on Travis AFB, CA has a requirement for full service maintenance

coverage of the Laerdal SimMan 3G. The contractor shall provide management, labor, tools, supplies, material, transportation, parts, and replacement parts, diagnostic equipment and other equipment necessary to maintain and provide preventive, corrective/maintenance services. Additionally, the contractor shall provide extended warranty and loaner services.

This RFI is to determine the availability of business to include small businesses to provide the required services. Responders are advised the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in reponse to this RFI. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if issued.

Respondents are requested to provide the following information:

1. Business name, address, company representative information.

2. Business size and type of Small Business (if applicable).

3. Cage code.

4. Capability package demonstrating ability to meet all requirements and authorization to provide the product and services in the PWS.

5. Provide input on PWS.
