KSU - Printing Services

Purpose of Procurement
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract(s) with a qualified supplier(s) who will provide Printing Services (campus-wide) to Kennesaw State University (the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP.
The awarded Offeror(s) for campus-wide printing services will support the University¿s various departments and the broader campus community by ensuring access to high-quality print materials. Offeror agrees and understands that this contract will be utilized by the campus community and its departments. Printing requests will include, but not be limited to catalogs, magazines, booklets, annual reports, posters, brochures, postcards, mailings, greeting cards, business cards, information cards, bookmarks, sticker sheets, die cutting, perforating, Offset (up to 6-7 colors), G7 capable printing, digital printing up to 12 x 18, Large format (banners, signs, etc)and any other specialty printing jobs that may arise for campus needs. Consultation services for the best way to achieve the desired product will be required as well (ink coverage, special processes, paper recommendations, etc.).As references above, the awarded Offeror(s) will be responsible for fulfilling a wide range of printing requests, including but not limited to publications such as catalogs, magazines, booklets, and annual reports. Additionally, marketing and outreach materials, including posters, brochures, postcards, and mailings, will be required. The scope will include business and informational materials such as postcards, bookmarks, and decals. The Offeror(s) must also accommodate specialty printing to support the University¿s diverse requirements. Multiple paper types and qualities may be requested and the vendor must have access to and provide a diverse selection of paper options to meet varying project requirements. In addition to printing, the awarded Offeror(s) will supply all management, operations, labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary to deliver professional, full-service printing and timely delivery as
