The Public Improvement, upon which bids are requested, generally consists of replacement or repair of sanitary sewer services and associated surface restoration within the public right-of-way, located at: Eastland Drive SE, Jacolyn Drive NW, Lauren Drive SW, Parkland Drive SE, Glenwood Drive NW, Bel Air Drive SE, Seely Avenue SE, Hillside Drive NW, Sherman Street NE, Regal Avenue NE, 27th Avenue SW, and Crestview Drive SE. The Engineer’s opinion of probable cost is $510,000.
