The Public Improvement, upon which bids are requested, generally consists of construction of an HMA parking lot with PCC curbs, storm sewer, and landscaping located at City-owned property on the north side of 3rd Street SE, east of 16th Avenue. The Engineer’s opinion of probable cost is $205,000.
