Description
The Thomaston-Upson County School District is requesting bids for Paving Projects located at 100 Holston Drive (Matthews Field Parking Lot), 100 Holston Drive (Matthews Field V.I.P. Lot), 268 Knight Trail (Upson-Lee High School Student Parking), 268 Knight Trail (Upson-Lee Agriculture Center Parking Lot), 268 Knight Trail (Upson-Lee Softball & Tennis Complex Parking Lot), 268 Knight Trail (Removal of Old Tennis Court asphalt) and 334 Knight Trail (Upson-Lee Elementary School Parking Lot), Thomaston, Ga. 30286. A Scope of Work is listed below. Bid opening will be Thursday April 3, 2025, at 2:00 pm, at Thomaston-Upson Board of Education, 205 Civic Center Drive, Thomaston, Ga. 30286. Bids will be accepted in person and by mail (UPS, FedEx and USPS). If mailed, please make attention to Andreanna Boyt, Assistant Manager over Purchasing, Thomaston-Upson County School District Paving, Sealcoating, & Milling Project Bid. Bids will not be accepted after 2:00 pm.
Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting - Tuesday March 18, 2025 at 10:00 am. We will start at 100 Holston Drive, Thomaston, Ga 30286.
