This U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Office of Grants (OG) Division of Workforce Development (DWD) order is for Instructor Service for Technical Writing for the HHS Grants Workforce. Graham Associates provides virtual instructor led services, specifically, the HHS Technical Writing for Grants Workforce course that has been tailored for development of HHS Notice of Funding Opportunities (NOFO), using the Graham Associates Writing System for Technical Writing.

Only one awardee is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized [FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(B)]

The instructor provides tools and resources to help the HHS grants workforce be more effective in their technical writing skills with Notice of Funding Opportunities (NOFO). The course that Graham Associates teach has been tailored specifically for the Grants Management Training Academy audience and has been delivering this course to HHS learners through GMTA over the past two years. Additionally, Graham associates has provided technical writing instructor led training to ACF, ASFR, FDA, HRSA over the past twenty years.
