Preventive Maintenance of Generator & Ancillary Equipment

The NYS Office of Mental Health and Rockland Psychiatric Center are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance of the Generator & Ancillary Equipment, for their facility located at: 140 Old Orangeburg Road, Orangeburg, NY 10962.

The Program Work Plan with Preventative Maintenance Tasks, Equipment List, Schedule Matrix, etc. is located in Appendix D of the Contract Boilerplate. Interested Vendors should review the Contract Boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used and returned to submit your bid.

A Mandatory site visit will be held Thursday, June 26, 2025, at 9a ET.

Questions from bidders attending the site visit are to be submitted by Thursday, July 17, 2025, by 3p ET per the instructions in the IFB. Questions and Answers will be sent to all bidders attending the site visit, as well as posted to the NYS CR ad, on July 24, 2025.

Bids are due no later than 3p ET on Thursday, August 7, 2025.
