Sealed Bids are to be marked with "EAST AIRPORT ROAD SIDEWALK AND STORM SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS (Bid Enclosed)".
The sidewalk work shall consist of removing existing sidewalk and designated driveway locations, placing and compacting 4 inches of 3/4" aggregate base coarse, installing 4 inches of 5-foot wide concrete sidewalk, city standard curb and gutter, ADA ramps. ADS Storm Tech® system, storm drain pipe, manholes and catch basins along the north side of East Airport Road.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies required to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents, the plans , the Idaho Standards for Public Works 2020 Edition, and any applicable Federal, State and Local requirements.
Davis Bacon Wage Determinations are a requirement of this project.
This contract involves federal-aid funding and must comply with Buy America.
Construction time frame is from April 2025 to August 2025.
Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date. Bids received past the specified time will be accepted.
The city received $250,000 LHTAC funding for this project and quantities may need to be adjusted to stay within the budget.
No pre-Bid meeting is scheduled for this project.
