The U.S. Army Contracting Command- Rock Island (ACC-RI), in support of Project Manager Close Combat Systems, issues Request for Proposal (RFP) W519TC-25-R-0013 for the demolition, charge, block 1/4 lb TNT, 1/2 lb TNT, and 1 lb TNT. This acquisition will be a Small Business Set-Aside. Proposals will be evaluated using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable, resulting in a five (5) year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) award. The resulting contract will be firm-fixed price. Please completely review the RFP, along with the supporting attachments.
