Synopsis:

The SPSA will receive Bids from qualified and interested Bidders for the ongoing purchase of Meals, Ready-to-Eat (MREs). This is to provide sustenance to wildland firefighters and other emergency first responders for the first 48 hours of line camp establishment.
The proponent must be able to provide MREs, by the pallet.
SPSA wishes to establish a Standing Offer Agreement for MREs.
