FI TACS & SETS Penetration Testing Services

This Request for Services (RFS) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Penetration Testing Services for The Ministry of Finance (FI) as further described in the RFS Particulars (Appendix A) (the Deliverables).

FI uses an integrated enterprise revenue management software application for the collection and administration of consumption tax revenue for Saskatchewan. This includes a web-based Tax Administration and Compliance System (TACS) and a self-service client portal, Saskatchewan e-Tax Services (SETS) supported by a third-party vendor, Revenue Solutions Inc.

FI requires a qualified Service Provider to provide comprehensive penetration testing services for the TACS and SETS applications and supporting infrastructure. The testing results and evaluation will ensure that security policies and procedures are followed, all information captured within the TACS and SETS applications are secure, and there is no risk to GOS when using the application.
