Summary:The purpose of this Invitation for Bids IFB is to obtain Bids from qualified, experienced, and competent grounds maintenance companies to provide grass cutting, lawn care/maintenance, and related
work for service at County, Schools, Jail, and Library, collectively County, properties in accordance with
the specifications, terms and conditions herein. The County intends to award primary contract(s) to perform,
seasonal-regular cuts and as needed, and secondary contract(s) for providing, on-call services and as
needed, services based on the bid evaluation identified in Attachment E, Locations and Bid Pricing. - Round Information:Addendum 1 issued (attached).
