REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)
96-GALLON COMMERCIAL TRASH CANS
The City of Belmont, Mississippi is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified suppliers for the purchase and
delivery of 96-gallon commercial trash cans. Vendors are invited to submit detailed proposals in accordance with
the specifications and requirements outlined in this RFP. Award will be made based on best value, considering cost,
quality, durability, warranty, compliance with specifications, and delivery schedule.
1. PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
- Capacity: 96 gallons
- Quantity: 1,200 Cans or More
- Material: Heavy-duty, injection-molded, UV-resistant polyethylene or equivalent
- Color: Dark Gray or City Standard Color
- Reinforced construction suitable for curbside collection
- Durable wheels designed for long-term outdoor use
- ANSI Type B/C compatibility
- Hot-stamped or molded CITY OF BELMONT logo on lid or body
- Minimum 10-year manufacturer’s warranty
- Compatible with automated or semi-automated cart lifters

Delivery must occur within 45 days of contract award unless otherwise approved in writing.
6. TERMS & CONDITIONS
- The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
- Proposals must remain valid for 60 days.
- Vendor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
