Procurement of DI40-MAC Maintenance & Calibration Irradiator System



The U.S. Army Test, Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment Activity (USATA) has a requirement to procure one (1) DI40-MAC Maintenance & Calibration Irradiator System for the IM-278U Joint Program Dosimeter-Individual (MBD-2) for the US Army. The equipment shall be delivered to USATA’s Army Physical Standards Labs located at Building 5435, Fowler Road Redstone Arsenal. The DI40-MAC Maintenance & Calibration Irradiator System support USATA’s mission as follow:

The DI40- MAC includes:



• Cabinet • Radioactive source • Shielded enclosure • Linear positioning system • Safety systems • Control system and irradiator control software • Data acquisition system / calibration software (DAK) • Ancillary Equipment • Data package
