CAMILLA-MITCHELL COUNTY AIRPORT (CXU)

Sealed bids for the PERIMETER WILDLIFE FENCING project will be received by the City of Camilla at the City of Camilla

City Hall, 30 E. Broad Street, 2nd Floor, Camilla, GA 31730 on January 20, 2026 @ 11:00 A.M. local time and at that hour

opened and publicly read aloud for the improvements to the Airport as listed herein. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held

virtually via Microsoft Teams using the information below:

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Project consists of the installation of wildlife fencing around the entire airport boundary (approximately 18,460 lf).

A complete set of Bid Documents, consisting of this Notice To Bidders, the General Provisions, Technical Specifications,

Bid Forms, Agreement Forms and Contract Drawings, will be available on Monday, December 8, 2025; and may be obtained

from the Passero Associates website, www.passero.com, under the “BIDS” tab.

Each BID shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope, marked and addressed as required below; and shall be accompanied by the

Bid Security and other required documents. If the BID is sent through the mail or other delivery system, the sealed envelope

shall be enclosed in a separate envelope with the notation "BID ENCLOSED for (Project Name)" on the face thereof. Submit

one (1) original and one (1) electronic copy on a USB Flash Drive of the Bid Form, Schedules, and other required documents.

Indicate the following information on the outside of the sealed envelope containing the bid: Project Name as stated on page one

of the Bid Forms, Project Number, Location of Airport, Bidder's Name and Address.

The City of Camilla, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42

U.S.C. §§ 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any

contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair

opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race,

color, or national origin in consideration for an award.

Bids will be required to remain open for acceptance or rejection for 120 calendar days after the date of opening of bids.

day on Tuesday, January 13, 2026 and posted via the Passero Associates website, www.passero.com, under the “BIDS”
