Summary:Complete removal of the existing Chick-Fil-A venue and then construct a new
Chick-Fil-A restaurant, included in the project will be a new storage area as part of the work. All work will be within
the existing building and will require the contractor to construct a temporary metal stud wall with GWB on the public
side (level 3 finish) to contain all construction activities due to the fact that the final construction schedule will occur
during early fall class schedule.
