This sole source award to the SkillsUSA, Inc is in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by way of the procedures outline in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.102-1(a). This sole source is authorized under FAR 12.102-1(a) – only one source is available valued at or below the simplified acquisition threshold.
