Summary:The Town of Grottoes invites interested firms to submit a sealed proposal for solid waste collections services beginning July 1, 2025. Proposals must be clearly marked on the outside “Solid Waste Collection Services.”
The Town is seeking proposals from qualified firms for the collection of trash. Proposals are due no later than 2:00 p.m., February 5, 2025 to: Town Manager, 601 Dogwood Avenue, Grottoes, Virginia 24441.
A copy of the RFP is available on the Town’s website at www.townofgrottoes.com, or at the Town Hall.
The Town of Grottoes does not discriminate in the solicitation or award of contracts based on race, religion, sex, gender, national origin, disability, or any other basis prohibited by law.
Proposals received after the specified due date and time will not be considered. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities. Proposals may not be submitted electronically to the town or by facsimile.
