Title: Military Construction Project (MILCON) P732 Design-Bid-Build, Electrical Distribution System Upgrades (Gosport Substation Only) at Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) in Portsmouth, Virginia.
This RFI is being used as a market research tool to allow prospective contractors the opportunity to provide early feedback on the draft drawings and speciļ¬cations and other details that are being considered for the solicitation.
It is anticipated that this solicitation will require the use of project labor agreements and include FAR 52.222-33 and FAR 52.222-34.
