Project Description: Eastern Municipal Water District (EMWD) is seeking proposals through a competitive process to establish an on-call list of qualified Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Integrators to perform industrial control systems integration and automation services for water and wastewater operations, and capital improvement projects.
