Solicitation Description:

The Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) is requesting proposals for the delivery of proctored,

computer-based exams for its regulatory licensing programs, including the Structural Pest Control

Service (SPCS) for commercial and noncommercial applicators and technicians, agriculture

pesticide applicators, and Weights and Measures Program for service technicians to improve

service delivery and simplify the process of testing, while reducing the overall administrative

burden to applicants or licensees (examinee). TDA's objective is to select one Contractor to

administer the testing at multiple locations throughout the State of Texas in a monitored

environment with the use of exam proctors.
