The Fort Mill School District (FMSD) is accepting Bids from Contractors to provide services as described, but not limited to, the scope outlined within the Construction Documents. The Contractor’s scope of work shall include, but not limited to, demo, removal / replacement of HVAC equipment, and associated construction activities.
There will be a pre-bid and site visit on Thursday, December 11, 2025 at 2:00 pm at the FMSD District Offices - 2233 Deerfield Dr., Fort Mill, SC. This is not mandatory but attendance is strongly recommended.
