The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to contract with Huntington Ingalls Incorporated, 4101 Washington Avenue, Newport News, VA 23607 on a sole source basis for procurement of engineering and design work in connection with the accomplishment of Standard Navy Valve components of nuclear-powered submarines and aircraft carriers.
