Lone Star College (LSC) is seeking to replace its current Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platform, with a document management system to better serve the needs of the institution including but not limited to:

· Student Records

· Financial Aid

· Veterans Affairs

· International Programs

· Human Resources

Project Objectives

· Improve the efficiency and reliability of (LSC’s) document storage, retrieval, and management processes.

· Support automated workflows, compliance with regulatory standards, and seamless integrations to our enterprise resource planning applications.

· Provide user-friendly experiences for students, faculty, and administrative staff.

· We seek proposals that include hybrid orcloud-based solutions to ensure scalability, accessibility, and alignment withLSC’s evolving technological environment.

· The deliverable should include a comprehensive environment diagram to illustrate the proposed system architecture, integration points, and data flow, providing LSC with a clear visualization of how the system will operate within our existing technology landscape.
