This Acquisition is being conducted in accordance with PART 13 - SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION PROCEDURES and any combination of the procedures in parts 13, 14, or 36 to include the use of Standard Form 1442, Solicitation, Offer, and Award (Construction, Alteration, or Repair), for construction contracts. The National Park Service seeks to do business with licensed, bonded and insured contractors having the requisite capability and equipment to self-perform the work described herein.
