Project Description: The Allegheny County Economic Development (ACED) and Department of Sustainability (DOS) require consultant services to support implementation of the County’s comprehensive plan, Allegheny Forward, the County Climate Action Plan (CAP), and Mon Valley Forward, and related priorities. The consultants’ services could cover event planning, strategic planning, general research, feasibility studies, funding identification, grant application and management support, and similar.
