Notice of Intent to Sole Source
The United States Marshals Service (USMS) intends to negotiate/award a sole-source contract to The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, Inc., 333 John Carlyle St. Ste 125, Alexandria, VA, 22314-5950, Cage Code: 315X0 and UEI: VLBMHDVQ4AP5, IAW FAR 13.501(a)(1). The NAICS code is 624110.
The United States Marshals Service (USMS) Investigate Operations Division (IOD) has a follow-on requirement to procure analysts to support our agency’s Missing Child Unit in their missing and endangered child cases. The Missing Children’s Assistance Act of 2018 is Public Law that has be amended/updated and reauthorized appropriations for NCMEC, Inc. through 2028. The reauthorization is codified as Public Law 118-65.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. All interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. Written responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement. USMS will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice.
The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.
