5831 Fire House #3- Apparatus Floor Urethane coating

The City of New Rochelle is seeking bids from qualified contractors to install an easy-to-clean, slip-resistant floor solution for Fire Station #3, 756 North Ave, New Rochelle, N.Y. 10801

The scope of work consists of general construction, protection, scraping, and sanding of the existing floor epoxy as detailed herein. The awarded contractor must be certified for this type of work, using lead-free work practices and adhering to local regulations.

Contractor must submit a safety and health plan and cleaning methods, prepping & removing the existing epoxy paint, before being awarded this contract.

A pre-bid field walkthrough will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025, at 10:00 am. Located at 756 North Ave, New Rochelle, N.Y. 10801 This walkthrough will be the only opportunity for all prospective firms to clarify any questions regarding this RFB.
