NAVSUP FLC Norfolk Contract Department Regional Directorate located at 700 Robbins Ave Building 2B Philadelphia PA 19111 intends to acquire Jet Dock Upgrade/Replacement Parts and Certified Installation on behalf of Navy Reserve Center (NRC) Baltimore. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). The proposed acquisition will result in a firm-fixed-price purchase order
