This notice is issued solely for market research and planning purposes to identify interested and capable firms for the Chicago Harbor Lock Power Distribution Phase 2 project in Cook County, Chicago, IL. This notice does not constitute a solicitation, Request for Proposal (RFP), or Request for Quotation (RFQ), and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – Chicago District is not seeking proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals.
Responses to this notice are strictly voluntary and the Government will not reimburse any costs incurred in responding. All submissions become Government property and will not be returned. Respondents are advised not to provide proprietary or classified information.
Participation in this market survey is not required for future consideration in any potential solicitation; non-response will not preclude participation in any subsequent competition. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. It is the responsibility of interested parties to monitor the Governmentwide Point of Entry (SAM.gov) for any future solicitation or related information.
