FY26 A1 Budget QTR 3 Food Service Requirements

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Prison Camp (FPC) Yankton, located in Yankton, South Dakota, is issuing this a combined synopsis/solicitation for FY26 Quarter 3 Food Service. This solicitation is set aside exclusively for small businesses. Interested vendors are invited to submit quotes based on the specifications outlined in the request for quotation.

Important Information:

• Vendors are required to have registration in SAM.gov.


• The combined synopsis-solicitation is expected to be available on SAM.gov on February 18, 2026.


• All quotes must be submitted using the specified format provided and received by February 26, 2026, no later than 7:30 AM Central Standard Time.

Delivery and Award Information:

• Deliveries will only be accepted after the effective date, as noted on the SF18 issued by the Contracting Officer.


• The Expected delivery period will be from April 1st 2026 through April 30th 2026.

Proposal Submission:

• Offers must be submitted electronically to Dominick Warmbein, Contract Specialist, at dwarmbein@bop.gov or Michael Peitz, Property & Procurement Specialist, at mpeitz@bop.gov, on or before the due date specified in the solicitation (refer to page 1, Block 10).


• Quotes will not be accepted via telephone or fax.


• All inquiries must be submitted via email in the specified format with a signature.

Additional Information:

• Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations are eligible to submit quotes on an equal basis with other organizations for contracts for which they meet the eligibility requirements.


• The anticipated award date for this solicitation will be on or around April 1, 2026.


• Evaluation criteria will be detailed within the synopsis-solicitation.
