Pharmaceutical reverse distribution services for the VA Northeast Ohio Healthcare System (VANEOHS), to provide on‑site identification, preparation, and shipment of expired and short‑dated pharmaceuticals; processing of controlled and non‑controlled items for manufacturer credit through the VA Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor (PPV); detailed credit and disposal reporting; and compliant destruction of non‑returnable and hazardous pharmaceuticals. The requirement includes recurring on‑site service visits to seven VANEOHS pharmacy locations under a firm‑fixed, flat‑fee, per‑site‑visit pricing model that is not commission‑based and is independent of credit value.
